Validate all existing numbers through verifiable
documentation
View the subject property via an on-site inspection
Complete all necessary due-diligence
We will structure
an offer and deliver it to you
During the offering period we may choose to do
further follow-up visits and may
contract
professionals to do additional evaluations or
inspections.
Throughout the process we will be available and open
for communication and gladly will chat with about
